PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

 

Payment

Each ‘Extreme Modelling Experience' is subject to a 50% deposit, taken at the time of booking.

Balance payments MUST be received no less than ONE week before the event or a cancellation will be recorded.

Booking changes

3 weeks+: Deposits and balance payments are fully refundable 21 or more days before the event you are booked to attend.

1-3 weeks: Between 7 and 21 days, booking date changes will incur a £75 administration charge. Cancellations will result in the loss of any deposit, however, balance payments will be refunded.

<7 days: Cancellations less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded. However, under extreme circumstances and at the discretion of EME management, special measures will be considered.

If you fail to attend, you will lose all of your payment. Sorry.

 

Image orders
Orders for prints are made direcrtly with our print suppliers. If you have problems with your order, please inform us and them. We will assist in assuring a speedy resolution in the unlikely event that you experience any problems.

Images and video supplied on CD or other mediums are non-refundable.

Event cancellations

If an EME event has to be cancelled or changed, you will be offered a full refund. you may other choose an alternative event, plus a suitable means of compensation.
